Clarksville to host Great Oz Halloween Fest Oct. 30-31 Clarksville’s Halloween Fest event kicks off on Friday night at 7 p.m., with a free outdoor premier of the latest released movie, OzLand. The multi-award winning movie OzLand, will make its St. Louis-area premier in Clarksville. One of the highlights of the Halloween Fest will be a Guinness World Record Attempt, for the most people dressed as Wizard of Oz characters in one place. You can help with setting with this World Record attempt by coming dressed as one of your favorite Wizard of Oz characters. Don’t have a costume? There’s no worry. There will have booths set up on sight with kid’s costumes for sale and several adult costumes available for rent.
