Oz for Ipad – the way Oz is meant to be done. Only, more so  The illustrations are exquisite; even more so when they animate based on touch or tilt motions. And when your kids do so, it yields fun surprises; the lion is cute when you make him cry and spinning the cyclone is great fun. In the spirit of Animalia, kids also have the option to seek out 15 hidden monkeys throughout the pages and when they do…well, I don’t know. We haven’t finished yet.

Interview: “Jersey Jack” Guarnieri Talks Wizard of Oz Pinball  A couple of months ago in Denver, Colorado, an event called the Pinball Showdown was held, and pinball makers and fans of all types got together to celebrate the machines of old, as well as new ones coming from manufacturers.  Along with Stern’s AC/DC pinball machine (and the recently announced X-Men), Jersey Jack Pinball brought details on its debut effort, one based on the cinematic classic The Wizard of Oz.  We managed to talk with the founder of the company, “Jersey Jack” himself, Jack Guarnieri, about what to expect from the table.
