Boston museum celebrating The Wizard of Oz  Families stopping off in Boston during holidays in the US this year will be offered some memorable experiences at the Children’s Museum.  An exhibition paying tribute to The Wizard of Oz, arranged as part of the ongoing celebrations of the film’s 70th anniversary, will run from 23 May to 10 September.

Wizard of Claus comes to Langton A week before Christmas, a storm rips through Happy Daze Trailer Park. Deputy Donna ( played by Jeanine Assel) gets bonked on the head, sending her and the trailer park residents to the Land of Claus.  Like the classic story, the trailer park’s lost must find their way back to their home. Unlike the childhood tale, this version is riddled with red neck witticisms.  “We get to use some Jeff Foxworthy,” de Korte said during a Wednesday rehearsal. “We borrowed from him.”  There are also throwbacks to early sketch comedy acts. This year’s youth cast dons red wigs as trailer park children. This is a tip of the hat to the Farkel family, a recurring sketch on Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In.
