Catonsville author teams up with her daughter Catonsville residents Kate Dolan and her daughter Meg Weidman, 12, teamed up to write “Toto’s Tale,” a re-telling of “The Wizard of Oz” through the eyes of Dorothy’s dog. After writing for The Catonsville Times for nearly 10 years, Dolan has had seven books published, mainly in historical fiction. Her daughter is a seventh-grader at Sudbrook Magnet Middle School, where she focuses on art.
Stoneham Theatre presents What Are You Doing New Year’s Eve? 12/31 Stoneham Theatre’s all time favorite Kathy St. George will bring in the New Year singing all our favorite show tunes and Great American Songbook hits. Accompanied by a seven-piece band, St. George will also include in her repertoire several Judy Garland numbers, including the classic sketch “The Wizard of Oz in Ten Minutes” which was last seen in St. George’s sensational one woman show Dear Miss Garland staged at Stoneham Theatre in the summer of 2009.
